Trash the Dress Photo Shoot / Breckenridge CO

I know it has been a while for a post. I have been very busy traveling for work and for a little vacation for myself. I came back from my 4 day vacation in Mexico refreshed and ready to make 2009 just a great as 2008. I have big plans to update my wedding site and create a new commercial site. Also,I have officially hired an associate photographer for this year. I will soon introduce you to her. Before I get too much into my big plans, here is a trash the dress photo shoot that I just did in Breckenridge CO over the weekend.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with “trash the dress” photo shoots, it is a photo shoot that occurs after your wedding. Since the wedding already happened, we can have a lot more fun shooting bridal portraits since we are not so worried about getting the dress dirty.
I shot Stephanie and Mark’s wedding over the summer. She had mentioned setting up a trash the dress photo shoot but wanted to wait for the snow. We had absolutely gorgeous weather! Mark stepped in a few shots too. I even got to try out snow shoeing for the first time. We had to get to the best part of the forest where the light was gleaming through.

I know it has been a long time since I posted. I have been very busy and have been traveling visiting family in Missouri. I hope every one had a great holiday.
Here is a sneak peak of my first shoot of 2009. I am off to AZ for a shoot tomorrow morning. I would say that I am looking forward to the warm weather but today was sooo beautiful here in Denver.
